Product Introduction:
1. This is a high-response 4/3-way valve as a subplate-mounted valve, with closed-loop position control and integrated control electronics.
2. Design: The valve consists of three main components:
– Housing (1) with main spool (2)
– Integrated control electronics, including main spool position sensor (3)
– Spool control valve (4) for the main spool (2), including spool sleeve unit (5), sensor (6), and pressure feedback for the main spool center position
3. Function:
– When the main spool center position is closed by the centering spring (9) and pressure feedback, the power supply to the proportional solenoid (7, 8) is interrupted.
– The control of the main spool is realized via the spool control valve (4).
– The spool of the spool control valve (4) is controlled by changing the electromagnetic force of the proportional solenoid.
– The integrated control electronics contain the command and actual values.
– The standby oil supply to the spool control valve is provided via port P or X, the internal drain is via port T or Y to the tank.
4. Note: Power failure will cause the control axis to stop suddenly, the resulting acceleration can damage the machine.
5. For spool types E, E-, W6-, W8-, and Q2-, the centering spring (9) will center the main spool (2); for spool types V and V1-, the switching to the priority direction P to B and A to T is within the tolerance range, with a maximum deviation of 1% to 11% of the spool stroke.
6. The integrated control electronics will de-energize the solenoid in the event of a power supply voltage failure or cable break.
7. The independent pressure control is realized via the spool control valve, ensuring the same pressure level in the control chambers (10 and 11).
8. In the event of a power supply failure, the main spool will be centered by the centering spring (9).
