Product Description:
1. This is a 2-stage proportional directional control valve for controlling the flow rate and direction of fluid.
2. The main stage is closed-loop position controlled, the spool position is independent of the larger flow-induced hydraulic forces.
3. The main components include the pilot control valve, housing, main spool, cover, centering springs, inductive position sensor, and pressure relief valve.
4. The control principle is that the inductive position sensor is connected to the integrated electronics, and the position of the main spool is compared with the command value. Any control deviation is identified by comparing the command value/actual value, and the current is applied to the proportional solenoid of the pilot valve, driving the pilot spool to move the main spool and change the flow rate accordingly.
5. The main spool is forced-balanced in the closed-loop control position, maintaining the actual value equal to the command value.
6. The spool stroke and control notch area change proportionally with the command value.
7. The integrated electronics are integrated into the valve, and the valve type variety is reduced by matching the valve and electronics.
8. A back-pressure valve should be installed to prevent the tank line from draining.
