Description
Parker 944483Q Filter Element
The Parker Filter Element 944483Q is designed for high-pressure inline hydraulic oil filtration. Available in single or double length configurations, with ratings down to 2 microns, these filter elements help protect critical engine components, such as valves, bearings, cylinders, and pumps from contaminants, which can cause increased machine wear, shorter maintenance intervals, increased downtime, and higher costs. The elements are suitable for use in demanding environments found in construction, oil and gas, agriculture, and mining operations.
The Parker Filter Element 944483Q features a patented eco-friendly design that integrates the bypass valve and element core as reusable parts in the filter bowl, reducing waste (up to 50%) and lowering disposal costs. The EPF Series is ideal for integrating filters into manifold systems without the need for additional drilling for bypass valve installations.
Various filtration media options are available, including microglass (QI), high-strength microglass (QIH), and microglass – reverse flow (QIR), depending on the unique requirements of customers’ systems. Multiple filter housing sizes are also available, depending on nominal flow and connection type.
The Parker Filter Element 944483Q is compatible with a wide range of hydraulic fluids, including hydraulic mineral oils H to class HLPD (DIN51524), operating fluids DIN ISO 2943, lubrication fluids ISO6743, APJ, DIN 51517, ACEA, ASTM, vegetable oils, 60/40 water glycols, and on request, industrial-grade phosphate esters, non-aggressive synthetic oils, and non-aggressive biodegradable oils (HETG, HEPG, and HEES to VDMA 24568).
